I’m Melissa Platt, the co-founder of Flume.
Flume is a e-commerce Production Management platform which has been specifically designed by industry experts to manage the end-to-end Production function in one place. This does not only cover Studio Management but all moving parts in and around the Production Unit.
Having worked in the e-commerce Production Management space for over 12 years both in London and in Dubai, I have designed many bespoke systems for businesses to manage their workflows within this environment.
From my experience and research what I noticed was that all of the existing systems were simply doing the bare minimum to track the current linear workflow. Rather than dynamically planning ahead for multiple workflows to run in parallel.
We wanted to design and agile, intuitive end-to-end management software that would do so much more!
